Alberta Dual Practice Program

Submit your interest in the Alberta Dual Practice Program

Overview

This Expression of Interest (EOI) gathers preliminary information from physicians who may wish to explore participating in dual practice. Completing the form does not obligate you to participate and is intended solely to support planning and communication.

This initiative may expand to include additional specialties as the project evolves. While this EOI is specifically focused on surgical and endoscopy services eligible for delivery in a Chartered Surgical Facility (CSF) environment, we encourage all interested physicians to apply.

For this intake, the EOI is open to surgeons, anesthesia providers, endoscopists, and physician surgical assistants whose work aligns with procedures appropriate for a CSF setting.

Physicians who have questions about the EOI content and process should direct questions to SCA.DualPracticeProgram@acutecarealberta.ca.

Submit your interest

The EOI will remain open for four weeks, closing July 17, 2026, allowing adequate time for interested providers to submit their applications.
